Sunningdale

Sunningdale is English heathland golf at its absolute finest. The Old Course, designed by Willie Park Jr and opened in 1901, and the New Course, Harry Colt’s 1923 creation, are both world-class. Bobby Jones played his famous “perfect round” of 66 here in 1926 Open qualifying. The purple heather, silver birch, and pine create one of golf’s most beautiful settings.
