Ganton

Ganton is England’s finest inland championship venue, an unusual hybrid of links and heathland set in the Vale of Pickering. Host to the Ryder Cup, Walker Cup, and Curtis Cup, it features some of the most fearsome bunkering in the country. Harry Vardon was the professional here and his influence remains in the strategic design.
